All these pills are fake and lame, the real "red pill" is the postmodern pill a.k.a. the original red pill.

Part of this is understanding that these "pills" are the cultural equivalent of creationism, postulating that powerful actors are behind the way culture and society works on a large scale, when it is an evolutionary phenomenon beyond the control of anyone. Then you realize that all of humanity is enslaved not by people but by emergent patterns of behavior and interactions among billions of people.
