This can be solved with a quick Google. Basically:

>Choose intent
>Write it down
>Remove vowels and repeating letters
>Turn letters into sigil
>Mess around so it looks simple, you want to basically burn it into your subconscious
>Charge the sigil while masturbating, exercising, doing breath exercises, etc.
>Forget about it. Don't dwell on it and results will manifest

I recommend finding Grant Morrison's disinfo speech on YouTube. It's a great 40 minutes and will fuck your mind. He goes into sigils and chaos magic as well as a myriad of other topics.

I have some shit on sigils myself but it probably came from there in the first place. Just read everything you can get your hands on, until you find one that makes sense. I'm just starting out with sigils too, so that's the best I can do for ya.
