Take up yoga or something. Learning a spiritual healing discipline i would highly recommend as they should teach you methods of grounding yourself, it can be dangerous to always take on the energy of others to the point it can make you very ill.
You will also have a great deal of potential if you truly are an empath, so keep yourself disciplined

Hey.
I'm an empath too, which is really sucking right now as a lot of people feel strong emotions.
I have built my life around it, but I do use the ability as I can to really be there for people when they need it, even strangers.
Be sure to take care of yourself & give yourself time alone & in nature replenish your energy.

Doula work is particularly empathic... Could be a path.
