I have a night class and as I was driving home I saw what I thought was a huge black wolf. It seemed to be the size of a deer or maybe a little larger. It was very lazily walking across the road and I had to get into the other lan in order to not hit it. Most notable besides that size was the glowing blood red eyes and the stench I smelled after I passed it. It smelled of a mix of rotting meat and shit. The stench still hasn't left my car and it's been 3 hours and 50 miles later. What did I see /x/?

Forgot to mention. Besides deer and horses and cows, there are no animals around here that large. Plus I could tell this was wolf-like or maybe even a wolf.
