Well. No. I know exactly what I'm doing. The problem is explaining it in depth. It is like describing the color purple to someone who has never seen it. I'm still pretty new to be honest, but I'll tell you what I know. As far as starting, Its very basic. Stare into object 'x' for however long and you start to see images. The trick is to relax while you do it and don't get too excited when it happens or it snaps you out. It wasn't hard the first time, because I did it as a child in ponds and creeks and never realized it. Scrying For Beginners by Donald Tyson is a good place to gain more information.

I kind of get the impression that this isn't something you've been putting work into for awhile, but more like an idea you decided to pursue on a whim. Either way, it doesn't seem like this is something that you've been seriously focusing on. You have some potential that can lead to a great many possibilities, but whether any of that be auspicious for you depends on making shrewd decisions and willing to match the success you desire with the appropriate amount of work.
