So /x/, I've started getting into meditation and I was wondering, can you use meditation to reach repressed or forgotten memories or just experience "normal" ones more clearly? If yes, is there any specific technique for that?

Yes you def can its magic really, remember everything about it smell, climate, etc you can pit youself there hell you can prob mentally change what really happened and replace the memory

Repressed memories are related to traumatic situations, remember that just because it was traumatic doesn't means that it's something terrible, kids find many very mundane things traumatic.

Well, the memory I need to reach at the moment isn't really repressed to be honest, I just used the word to better illustrate what I mean and because I'm generally interested in subject as a whole. I just want to "see" it more clearly, to catch out some details that I need. It's not really anything important, kind of silly even.

You have to understand also that memories aren't trues

That's... actually a quite helpful tip.

Draw it. Write it. Sing it. Dance it. Act it.
Create it.

Yes it is also helpful to keep in your mindhole that there is no such thing as repressed or forgotten memories. It never happened. You are suffering from False Memory Syndrome.
