Can soeone give me a quick rundown?

I think he legit suffers from some mental illness's that are ignored by the people around him who want to keep making money by being parasites.
And i have read on gossip blogs that he owes jay z a shit load of money and if he doesnt pay jay z is going to kill him and make it look like a suicide.
