Has anyone spotted weird drones hovering around lately? Both

So I spotted something similar to this surveying my friends neighborhood in the van nuys CA area last night it hovered over the block for around 13 minutes before I noticed it was not a typica toy drone someone got

No. What makes a drone weird?

After hovering around the neighborhood 3 times it shot out a good 40+ miles in distance at very high speeds then did a very sharp turn came back hovered for another 3 minutes at this point I realized it was not a typical drone so I try to record or take pictures and it just disappeared infront of my eyes.
