Pic not related. Ok gonna tell a short odd story to see if anyone has info. So I was in the military stationed in Germany, did a joint training exercise with some German soldiers. It was late and a very dark night I was out walking around doing army stuff when I saw what looked like short but fast moving ppl with odd Orange glowing faces, no military gear. At first I thought must just be some Germans being weird, but the more I thought about it the more it just seemed strange. Sure it could have been a group of short thin ppl moving fast and making no noise with glowing mask on, but I really just don't think so. Other ppl saw them also and was like wtf but just let it go. Has anyone heard of anything like this before?

The glowing thing on their faces are actually wires connected to a mainframe chip inside their head that are curently being tested by every country's military in order to see if it can improve a soldiers' combat abilities.
Not sure about the thin and short part though.

Lol good one, but to give a bit better description it was like a dulled but even orange glow. Not sure if wires could do that. Also it happened around 2005
