Hi /x/, I've try so many times to recive a out of body experince, I've try every single method, I've meditated a lot, I've tried everything, but I can't recive an OBE.. Anyone can help me to recive an OBE or explain me why I can't recive an OBE

Same here, although i recently managed to get slightly close to the vibration stage i got nothing.
I think my problem is i cant hold my awerness long enough and fall asleep when i try in the evening, and during the day i cant get relaxed or "deep" enough.
Binaural beats seem to help though.

I've had the same problem. My excuse is that the one time I had an OBE a demon scared the shit out of me to the point that I will not leave my body. Was told to not try every single method out there because I'm setting myself up for failure.
At this point I've just gone "fuck it" and I'm doing other things with my time, I'll get to astral when I get to it, there's more than enough to keep me occupied in the meantime.

My biggest tip is to just learn to enjoy the feelings you feel before you astral project, the numbness, vibrations, etc.
