Who reports seeing those numbers over and over again? Certainly not me. Anyway you can go to any doctor and tell him about this but downplay how much it affects you. Like don't sound obsessed over it. If it goes well, he'll send you to a psychiatrist for a psych evaluation and hopefully medication. If the medication helps, great you no longer have to worry about those pesky numbers. If not, feel free to assume what you want about them.
