If you want to test yourself have someone write something on a piece of paper and make sure you never look at it and place it somewhere familiar and then meditate and focus. i've heard differently. almost all people can do it, you just ave different aptitudes. that and that and successful remote viewer will fatigue the ability and lose accuracy pretty quickly no matter how good they were at it previously. and it may or may not return to the same accuracy eventually.

also the experiment you listed is not really a way to test remote viewing. thats more of a memory test.
