Nah, it's real, I was 16 and talked to this wizard man on the facebook (he didn't molest me). I was on acid and I asked him what to summon for a starter.

He told me to summon "Zoth, the lord of decay" and that if I successfully summoned him there would be a test, being that I would have to sit still in the dark as "giant bugs crawl all over your body" and if you open your eyes you get turned to stone. If you pass this test you get to see Zoth, but apparently he is also somewhat disconcerting in person.

As I recall there was another entity you would have to talk to first in order to be able to do this, some sort of gatekeeper faggot.

Well I started drawing up ideas for summoning circles and shit, I was going to write my own ritual to summon Zoth, and then I got a bag of weed with a bug in it. The funny thing was the bug was crystallized like weed. It had green trichomes and crystals on it like a nug.

Anyway, that shit made me uncomfortable so I gave it up. Clearly Zoth was already firing up his candy van. Anyone else know anything about this shit?
