try before you sleep, i tried dreamgasm 2 with in-ear headphones in bed a few times and it was annoying since i couldn't sleep,
should you belive to manifest any anxiety try to keep your mind busy for the rest of the night, watch youtube documentary or play a game
there aren't any "do's" or "don't" for preparing, just try not to freak out like i did, have a flashlight close maybe?
