tl;dr
High-profile couple in the world of high finance arrested for a hacking campaign that ran for years, targeting thousands of accounts including some of the leading political and business figures in Italy. The police suspect Masonic involvement, due to Masonic references found in code including "Pyramid Eye" and the guy was a high-ranking member of a masonic lodge.
Yes it's a pretty fucked up thing, the hackers are brother and sister, Giulio and Francesca Occhionero, he was a venerable master in a lodge and they have a cyber security and bank consoling society, Westland Securities, that between other worked for the US government.
They hacked our former prime ministers (Matteo Renzi and Mario Monti) phones and many other (politician from various parties and both the senate chambers).
>>18515373
Police is trying to understand if the lodge is involved and how much, if he just used the information to gain power in the "Great Lodge of Italy" or is involved in something bigger
>>18515393
Sorry for my poor english btw
>>18515232
Gotta watch out for those pyramid Ayyyyys anon.
>>18515403
I don't think the American lot are so involved, the Italian ones are like a different beast.
That said if you remember years ago there was an investment banker who got killed in HK by his wife with strawbery malkshake and then a few years later his rael estatt bro also died in weird circumstances, I wondered if there was something else there. Kestel or something.
>>18515403
>>18515454
Just to underline how involved they are in Italian politics, Berlusconi is a known member of a lodge there that has done some dodgy bits.
pretty much everyone is being hacked and spied on daily, on different levels. obviously some have it worse than others. at this point i just assume everyone and their mother is spying on everyone else. this shit is out of control.
>>18515548
Whatever you say David.
>>18515601
>David
?
>>18515619
Er... James?
Unless you're trying to trick me David.
In other news it's hard to cold read over text. And read the article, it sounds like they weren't very good at hacking at all.
>>18515629
>Er... James?
>Unless you're trying to trick me David.
i dont understand what youre talking about
>>18515652

There used to be a site called mafco.ch but it's been down for a long time. Mostly Catholic conspiracy shit, but if you look it up in wayback you can find a leaked list of names from 2002 or so.

Nah man, 2001 HAL the computer who talks to the astronaut Dave sings "Daisy Daisy Give you my answer do..." as a kind of base phrase. It's the song that hos creator first taught him.
The Schmorky thing is just a weird coincidence I had little idea who that was really before.

>Masons
You mean the mafia and the Vatican?
>>18518731
The mainland has something other than the Mafia bro.
The secret lodge is something other than those though.
>>18520330
Except in this case it was explicitly the mafia and Vatican.
>>18520740
In this case it was the lodge bro. Sindona was just tied to both, but that doesn't make them the same.
I never quite got the vatican ties tho, but I would doubt they'd be especially involved in a single organization like P2. Wouldn't mind some elaboration on that if you have some.
>>18520845
>I never quite got the vatican ties
Might want to read up on the event then, because Roberto Calvi was the Pope's (and other Vatican officials) banker.
The gist of the situation is that Lucio Gellio (the head of the lodge) was a Capo in the [North Italian] mafia, and the lodge was just a scheme for getting certain people together, such as Calvi.
By the time it went down, Calvi was moving money for the Vatican and the mafia, when he decided he could take the money he was moving to be comfortable somewhere else (another theory is that he just lost the money, and was trying to gtfo). But the people he ripped off weren't happy either way and made sure he didn't get away with it.
>>18522809
Oh that makes a lot more sense than what I thought was going on.
I think it's important to note it's now a right wing anti-communist think tank.
