Hey guys,
So I tried my first astral projection/lucid dream last night and I got it for about 10 seconds.
I saw the creature in my drawing... and I asked it who it was. I said who are you? and it replied "i am you" - at that point i got surprised and woke up.
What did I encounter? Was it a subconscious manifestation of something? Or is this something you guys may recognize?

a hallucination.
all "astral projection" consists of hallucinations, just like regular dreams.

Funny, I often see a similar eye-like figure among my mental imagery when I close my eyes in the dark.
