this has pretty much been confirmed to be a hoax, the x ray makes it pretty clear that it was cobbled together and intentionally left in an environment where it would desiccate and decay to hide the more obvious evidence

none of the "wrist bones" actually connect fit together in terms of size despite supposedly being fractured and the top finger has an extra proximal bone

nature aint do that shit, even aye ayes (those fucked up lemurs with the one long finger) have the same number of bones in each finger
