Amature radio enthusist here
Today, i was listening to a high frequency signal transmitted in spanish. I live in an area with lots of spanish speaking workers so my spic speak is fairly adequate. Part of the broadcast said this:
"Set code to 'S1'... 10 13 1 3 26 13 2 23 12 26 17 22 19 7 23 3 26 23 4 9 20 2 17 22 13"
Can anyone help me decode this?
It means
"fuck trump we aint gonna build no wall"
when translated to english

At least try to get the amount of charecters correct

Shortwave fag here; it's a number station used for transmitting encoded data cheaply. If I had to guess it could be from Cuba if you're in the US. Cuba transmits them and you can hear them sometime. If they used a one time pad it won't be able to be decoded.

It seems pretty simple code to me, the numbers only go up to 26, wich would make sense seeing as how there are only 26 letters in the alphabet. And the numbers repeat. Wont the most used ones be vowels?

....Holy fuck...... Using this code, it translates to "be sure to drink your ovaltine" wtf is ovaltine?
>>18508759
It's either a quote from "a Christmas story" (which was a kid deciphering a code which spelled out to be sure to drink your ovaltine) or just an ovaltine ad. It's a chocolate milk brand.

By why would the spanish be broadcasting about ovaltine...
