Hello, i know people always ask about lucid dreams and best way to have them.
I know there are a lot of thing that you can find on the internet, but i'd like to know advices from the people who knows how to have them easily.
Is there a special method you personally use? Anything that will help someone who would like to have them, not saying every night but, pretty often?
I know i should learn to go to bed earlier, i know about the reality checks, i know about the techniques such as WTB, i know how meditation could help, but like i said i'd like to know some more special methods.
I'm also starting to getting interested with astral projection and i've also bought a book about it, but i'm really a newbie on this and if you can share your advices about it as well, i'd very happy.

well, before I woke up I bit the stone in half to see if there was gold inside.
I put about half of the broken stone(more of a sedimentary conglomerate, really) into my gooldpan which I had by my kitchen sink.
I had left my dick at this point.
Realizing that I had dick-munch in my mouth I spat it out and had other dreams before waking up.
^This all happened a while back.
