I was genuinely fucking tortured in two different hospitals but I was so fucked up mentally from it that I only spoke the truth to patients. So because of that I can't do jackshit to the sue the hospitals. How fucked up is that?

No I've never fiddled with any sort of occult, spiritual things or drugs.

I've always been pretty unstable/crazy, but it got worse as the years went by. I had a very rough life and it took a huge toll on me. Now as to what happened to me that got me into the hospital(s)? The story is too long and too painful. I haven't totally recovered and I ended up in the hospital numerous times since 2013.

But the time I was in the hospital that I'm specifically talking about (the threads topic) happened around 2014/2015. I didn't hear any whispering or feel attacked by spirits until last month.

Actually I just realized something.
I heard some voices a bit, then later I saw a hypnotist. Which was a pretty bad idea because they say not to show up if you have any symptoms like that but I thought I was mishearing something and not losing it again.

One good thing is that my mind isn't cloudy anymore and I feel more awake/not drowning in sadness. But yeah I fucked up.

Sleep in a clean bed with clean sheets and sleep in until you feel completely rested. Do what's healthy first. Brush teeth, exercise, shower, groom body, eat probiotics, kale, greek yogurt, lean protien ect. You know what your body needs to be healthy. Being healthy is something you must do every day. Healing takes time.

Focus your attention on fixing your body and then fix your home/environment when you have enough energy. Your mind and emotions are a reflection of your habitat. Keep your environment clean and organized and your spirit will be clean and organized.

You need to heal yourself before you heal others. A tool cannot fix things if it is broken.
