I think my house may be slightly haunted.
>be me
>sitting at computer
>Notice my cat keeps watching something over my shoulder, but nothings there
>he walks around our living room and stares at the ceiling, following something around
>suddenly feel a sharp pain in my neck, like someone stabbed or bit me
Rory has never done this in the 5 years I've had him. He started doing this in my room too, and after he left shit started rolling around my floor. Any advice? I'm not really sure what to do.

Hold the fuck up, so shit's just rolling around on your floor for no good reason? Like what's rolling?

honestly, Im not sure what it was. My lights were off, and it only rolled a few inches so I couldnt tell what moved. However, when I turned my lights on it stopped, and I could tell from the sound of it rolling that it was too heavy to have been moved by my fan.
Best to ignore it. Most haunting's aren't benevolent or malevolent so it's best not to worry about it. If you worry you'll just end up down a rabbit hole of paranoia where air particulates in the corners of your vision will become "I just saw something".
My house is haunted too. But it's nothing to worry about. Just be friendly, but firm with the spirits. Tell them that you're okay sharing the space with them as long as they don't bother you, or invade your privacy. If the haunting continues to get worse then try sage burning, or cleansing of your home through good feng shui, which entails redecoration, or placement of certain items. If it still continues you may want to get a priest, or whatever equivalent of that would be for your religion.
>pet is ill or seeing reflections/light
>random pains happen all the time
>"something rolled on your floor" but it was dark and you don't even know what moved
sounds like nothing i'm glad to say

Sounds like an insect problem. You have bugs not ghosts.

>Rats in your attic/roof and the noise their making is attaching your cat
>Sharp pain is either coincidence or signs of underlying health problems
>Things might be rolling because of breeze or your floor is becoming uneven.
