This eventually was revealed as a stupid waste of time. Google "Man Screaming".The guy who made this thing literally pulled one of the first pictures off of image search and wrote "The Jews Did it" as a way to be edgy. He got annoyed when everyone took way too long to figure out the message and ended up just revealing his own hoax.
