It really depends on what you mean by hivemind.

If you mean "a single conscious entity spread out and controlling lots of distinct bodies" - then no. There are zero known hiveminds of this nature. The queen ant/bee does not control the hive any more than the worker or soldier does.

If by hivemind you mean "lots of simple individuals acting on instinct create an emergent behavior for the entire group that demonstrates a versatility and intelligence beyond that of any individual in the group" then you've got ants, bees, termites, human cities, schools of fish, flocks of birds, and so on.

Ants communicate with other ants with the use of pheromones and create intrinsic channels of these biologically distinct agents, that only ants can use, specifically those originating from the queen.
