>can I
I imagine so, yes.
>how
intentionality, in short. I'm so novice but intentionality is at the basis of everything. You must simply intent to win.
>>18460531
i have had intent for years now, so i must be missing something.

Magic user here. Did you know that many Lotteries are scams?
Even the Mcdonalds monopoly game they hold annually have been caught as cheats and scams.
It is like holding a charity and taking all the monies for yourself. No one wins except the people that run the scam.

You're forgetting the over 9000 other faggots who are trying the same thing. Assuming magic can work for this, you'd still have to be better at it than all of those people or else one of them wins instead.

so how do i get good at it the very best like no one ever was?

The problem with the lottery is that all of the tickets are pre-marked with a barcode as opposed to like a draw where things can be influenced by drawing a "random" number.
So I would say look at draws, look at things that are "live" lotteries too like for example Keno in casinos. Look at things that aren't pre-determined before you even play them.
There are all sorts of lottery type draws on the internet just ask them for the draws and they'll give you them.
I have had luck with Keno and other casino games because they're live and I can influence them because of this. When you play a scratcher, it's already been pre-determined to be a loser or winner so it's not as easy.

maybe lotteries that are computerized, i can see that, but i don't think the powerball and mega millions are scam. scams in the way that the probabilities are so astronomical, but i trust those floating ball machines.
>>18460569
i don't want to win a scratcher. i want to win a giant powerball or mega millions jackpot. those numbers are drawn live on tv twice a week
>>18460576
Look at this shit. One nig nog says he was hearing numbers and won that same night. The other says she wrote it in a book and won the same exact amount. WTF.

Looks like she was already hit by curses from those who saw her
