Got a reply from the email address this morning at 8:00 AM (PST)
Set up a Tor relay server and got a file from them.
I was specifically told not to share the contents, but it seems to be in an easily decryptable form of English with alternate characters.
I'll do my best to work that out and transcribe it into plain English, but that'll take a while.
