yea thats quartz. every one who ever had a rock collection knows its quartz. shits common on earth. its probably shocked quartz. thats electronic component part grade. its used in electronic clock components which every computer, digital watch, smart phone, tablet, laptop, satellite , nuclear sub ect etc ect has in it
the whole using crystals for spiritual stuff not my area of expertise but i would say soak you feet in salt water with the quartz. your feet should be clean before you soak them with the rocks you sicko
