The Shadowlands website is a good first read (just the owner Dave's story). Everyone comes up with their own hierarchy but if you familiarize yourself with his ideas (also on his site), you'll have a basic concept of different entities.

The "good" stories on demonic possession are usually buried in personal deliverance accounts. There are very strong religious convictions to those accounts, don't know if that's something you want to read. Real demons groom people for years sometimes before they can finally cohabit, if they even choose to do that.
If you just want to be spooked, go watch a movie anon.

Upper body is definitely Seath, the guy in the foreground has the same cloth and and a similar crown as the Nameless King, so that's my best guess as to who that is.
