Does anyone have any experience with making a Psi Wheel spin?

Instructions on how to fold the paper. You put it on top of a pointed object like a pen, needle, or tooth pick, pointing up out of a rubber/soap or other support.

Did it some years ago as a novelty, didn't manage to make it work with a barrier.
Still expecting some bullshit physics explanation saying it's hot air or electrical charge or somesuch.
Freaking street numbers, that's the only important one.

Inconsistencies in the paper. Your hands own shadow can cause movement.
There are spinning office desk novelty toys that will spin literally just because on part is painted black and the other is white, put it in sunlight, and it spins. (Balancing on a needlepoint creates an 'almost' frictionless situation, in that situation light energy/difference is enough to propel something.)

Such as that one. Yes, the black/white thing sounds familiar.
But that also means, if you carefully control variables, it would be good for spotting forces that are not evident... AKA useful for the enterprising /x/phile
two pages of streetsigns

so pyschic powers exist they are just so weak you can only move a balanced piece of paper slightly? Damn god hates us
