My uncle is a doctor in Antarctica, visiting for Christmas and New Years.

He's told me there's rumors of a giant found under the ice, human in shape but the physiology is different. Most people don't want to talk about it or dismiss it as a hoax.

My uncle also mentioned he's had nonstop dreams of waves or about the ocean for the past several months. Some of his coworkers were having similar dreams and he admitted he's thought about not going back because it unnerves him so much.
