i stopped drinking fluoridated water (tap water, metro detroit) and i seriously have significantly less problems with anxiety and lethargy and shit. very noticeable.

on the other hand i stopped using flouride toothpaste and my teeth are not so happy. id recommend using the same old toothpaste and shit, but thats just my personal experience.
