This is an entertaining perspective to have but if you look at the universe as One thing, the constant consumption of all things isn't really that scary. Especially if you see that humans have the choice (even though most don't) to not eat meat, and if they do, to only eat meat that was slaughtered humanely and given a good life. Even in many older cultures thanks was always given for the sacrifice of animals, knowing full well that their own flesh would be reused in the life of another. I hope when I die my body is used in someway to give life to new love and new experience in a different form.
