What happens if you give advice trough astral travel to your past self, therefore changing your life so they need to go back in time isn't present in the first place?
Or, if you DONT do it;does that mean you already did and thus don't need to do it anymore?

Or in simple terms, if the person you travel back in time to give advice to doesn't do exactly what you did in your past, then it wasn't really your past that you traveled back to, now was it?
