Chakra energy experts in the house?
So whenever I do this stuff I get to the point where I can move the energy around my body, feel energised and vitalised by it; however, I always seem to lose it and then feel low energy/fucked up for a week.
How do I properly circulate or direct the energy once I've gotten it going?
Where exactly do I settle it?

Yes, it's great.
But once the session comes to an end, what is to be done with the energy? If you go about your day without properly wrapping up, you'll crash hardcore. The crash feels crazy and great, but then you're dumped.
The ending is what I'm stuck on.

That's what happens with me. Then the built up energy gets completely lost.

up the back of the spine to (and through) the top of your head and let it fall down through the rest of your body (all of it, but mostly front part - think about your organs) down to perineum aaaaaand up again (don't let energy leak through the perineum and don't forget your legs and arms either) through the tail of the spine
ideally what you have going is energy being absorbed rising through your entire body (from root to top of the head) while you retain a lot if not most of it

Literally just figured out there's a difference between the energy channels and the breathe channels. One can be blocked while the other free, it's about intuiting which one it is. That's settled a lot within me just now.

right, your crashing, because you let all your energy go after your stop instead of re-centering it. think of moving your energy around like closing the switch between a battery and a load, and you've left the load running, so the battery will go flat, or you will crash. just draw it all back into your dan-tien and seal it. that or keep an active awareness 24/7. but honestly you should practice returning your energy to your dan-tien and sealing it there then brining it back out.
also if you have a healthy diet you increase your recovery 10fold

it gets hard to explain here, because the sensation and way you do it will differ from person to person. what i do is cool it, just as you move it(you dan-tien is your center, just use your stomach as it if you cant feel it.) draw it into your dan-tien and cool it as if you are forming a sphere of ice and keep thi up until you have all you can stored and that is sealed.(essentially all you have to do is create a vessel to store your energy in).
