>used to hang out at an abandoned psych center, kings park
>nothing weird ever happened to me there
>passed there one night driving home
>started feeling really weird/disconnected
>started seeing double images of whats in front of me and a second thing, like they were both at 50% transparency over my eyes
>my eyes glaze over, im laying in a ball. almost unexplainable feeling. When this happens, my dog runs and bangs herself against my door. shes crying and whining and barking
>It's one of the kings park buildings. I wander around and touch walls, I can smell dust and touch things and see graffiti I recognize
>irl i bite my fingers so hard so i dont get fully pulled through
>i try to leave, but the only stairs i can get to are the attic ones
>i see an imprint of my friends energy climbing up the stairs, but i cant go up
>i wander around the building, i cant tell how long it is but it feels like forever
>im texting one of my friends the whole time, all i can talk about is how i feel like i died there, but didnt know
>was very confused about if i left the building or not, my friend convinces me to try to get up, dog is still barking at my door
>im able to stand but i feel like im sleep walking, i go into the bathroom and see a transparent whiteish misty woman standing and a man curled up on the floor
>go lay on the couch, as my dog licks my hand, my perspective distorts to make it look like she's flying back away from me and i stop seeing the "second image" of the other building
>at the same time, i can feel what feels like my soul dropping like a brick back into my body. if youve ever been pulled out of an astral projection suddenly, it felt like that.
>walk around for days all fuzzy

i have no idea what happened to me, i read that some empaths or psychics can have a spirit attatch to them and make them pick up on everything the sprit sees and does. does anyone have any idea what this couldve been? it fucked me up fro quite a while after
