This curious cat literally just tried to make its way into my room. I didn't know random cats just try to make their way into random houses.
Anyway, it was completely black, and was howling outside my window for a few minutes before trying to climb in.
What could it mean?

also, yes some cats will attempt to come right inside your house. it's not terribly common but i've had it happen a few times with extremely friendly cats who may also have been neglected socially.
