The picture I posted does not refer to dispelling meaning based on the pure scale of the universe. It's based on modern civilization spanning ~200 years and the space that our advancement has impacted in space.

Aka nothing outside that yellow circle could ever know we are modern beings with electricity. Expand it a bit more and nothing could know there was language.
