You will never be able to effect physical objects without touching them or ordering someone or something else to touch them.

Hypnosis is a prime example of changing what reality is perceived like. This is the one tool you have in your arsenal, the limit is your physical capability and how fanatic you are in your belief

Reminder that people can memorize thousands of numbers in sequence, simulate advanced physical interactions in their mind, solve enormously complex math questions. People will seem to move in slowmotion whenever your life is in danger

People on pcp can walk on their body stumps if their legs break off. They won't stop before all their blood drain from the muscles and there's no more oxygen to power their brain.

Small things are easier to bend. Electrons, Photons, things like that. You can manipulate your mind to use vision with your eyes closed. This is like making a circular wave around your head and using it as short range scanning radar.

Yes, in terms of altering perception. Reality is objective, perception is subjective, various chemicals and techniques can be used to alter our perception, but reality warping is not a thing.

No, it isn't. Why would warping an electron be easier than bending a large piece of matter? By bending those you are altering the very structures of atoms. By that logic if you concentrated enough you could change materials in X amount of time. It's been awhile, but I think if you're changing lets say, a silver atom to a gold atom, you'd probably create an unstable isotope anyway, create a large gold bar from silver and you got yourself a probably heavily radioactive material.
