Somewhere in the Sierra Madre mountain ranges of Mexico, most likely the Madre de Oaxaca range in the central-southern region of Mexico, farther away from the louder cities but close enough to small villages/farms to get some extra snacks. There's some questionable reports of Chup sightings/disappearances in that area but its fucking mexico, it could be some cartel shit.

This is a video of the Calama case from 2008, small town in the atacama desert.

Official version, claims that it was multiple dogs attacks that were grouped for dramatical effect.

Watch the video, besides the dramatic music no one it's overacting, and the the guy in green it's from the agriculture minister SAG, (servicio agricola y ganadero).

The wounds on the neck are very strange, similiar to some of the cattle mutilation wounds, I was thinking that it could be spider bites, from a very big very venomous spider, or other animal of medium size that can melt flesh.

To give it some legitimacy, a senator protested to the senate, for the files of the investigation to be released, it's an unfinished investigation, so the files can't be released.

I remember watching a tv show of creepy shit happening in my country, it was like 6 years back from now or more. They were investigating the deaths of one farmers chickens that had their blood sucked from their necks. They found out it was a chypacabra, which was very unexpected considering it being in eastern europe.
