Does anyone know the name of this guy that makes extremely unsettling/disturbing 2-5 minute animations using clip art flesh and bodyparts?

One of the few artists to genuinely scare me and curious if anyone has any of his gifs or webms. The eyes and mouth of Flowey from Undertale look similar to his style.

Perhaps you're talking about that one Russian artist that does 1-2 minute clips? Everything's on a white background and it has some manner of circus theme, as far as I remember.
