Hey /x/, I'm really interested in the JFK assassination, and the conspiracy theories surrounding it.
So, what do you think is the most plausible theory?
Personally, I think it makes the most sense that JFK was killed by elements of the CIA, the Mafia, and Anti-Castro revolutionaries.
My uncle thinks that JFK was killed by people with vested interests in keeping the Federal Reserve running. Likely whoever owns it, since it's privately owned. JFK wanted to abolish the Reserve and issue money from the Treasury.

This was psychologically intolerable to people who saw him as a liberal saint, so they had to cook up all sorts of conspiracy theories to make it seem like the work of The Other.

For someone who's knowledge of it extends as far as watching the film "JFK" a few times in my life, how accurate is that?

addendum: the shooting itself was the product more of luck than skill which also shook the political establishment to the core. Much like how people are very upset when a plane crash turns out to be caused by a tiny, unforseeable random pre-condition, nobody in power wants to believe that anything short of a massive overthrow could end their reign.
