Any of you ever try iDosing? Have you listened to Gates of Hades?
yeah, i torrented it like 4 years ago (cause im not paying $45+ for shit that is more than likely just placebo) and guess what, it was all placebo
only "effect" you can really get from them are the doses that are supposed to calm you and help you sleep, or focus, like the "Tranquil" or "Anesthetic" doses. But even that doesnt really count, a tone can be as vague as the sound of water running, a fan, white noise, or whales fucking under the sea.

and to answer your question, yes ive tried Gates of Hades
It starts off with an eerie and almost whispering tone that stays consistent for like 5 minutes, then it falls off into silence, and the sound of tape feedback from a radio starts up real loud, and suddenly a really fucking blisteringly loud DRILLLLLL stars playing until 6 minutes in itll quiet down and bam youre done
its click bait for your ears, you hear all the shit about "Gates of HADES" and of course youll believe it, cause even i bought into the hype at one point. This is where the power of your imagination kicks in, that or most people dont react well with a quiet tone being replaced with one that rapes your ear drums till they prolapse
Tried this business out way back in 08. A buddy of mine then tried it with me. Didn't do shit. Though of course the calming ones were calming, but like no shit it's a chill drone track ofc it's calming.
It's spooky if you're scared of it
Just like Isabella Valentine might make you cum if you think it will
Hypnosis/suggestion is a two sided effort

Tried it a couple of years ago when the high quality version started floating around the interwebs. I mean, if you're in the right mood, and focus, it's scary when the tone changes. But definitely did not live up to the hype
