How to get started with spiritual awareness and such

How to begin? Wow I never really thought about that in the years I've progressed. To be fair, you need to take very, very slow steps. Do not rush into anything, the best advise I can give you is to question yourself. What do you currently believe in? Does this fit you? If not, than what will?

OP here. I belive that we all hold souls and some level of spiritual essence. Some may not have physical bodies. I have tried meditation and only one felt almost out of body when I was blazed af and very much enjoyed it but can't get back into that state. I just need a little guidance to get there

The only real guidance is looking subjectively at yourself. What do "you" want? You can either reconstruct what it is that you want or you can construct further and new causality streams. I've been soo illuminated with knowledge lately that I can barely keep it together right now. Pi, Phi the e constant all relating to energy. I've written over a hundred pages on energy and categorized logically energy and it's reconstruction as of late that I find myself laughing and toying with people like yourself about it.

Best way to get started is to just read books and listen to audios of people you believe have really something to say. If you like Buddhism go there, if you like Hinduism try that, if you like Christianity... Why not?

Those will teach you about the right approach (and wrong too). From there, you can start doing practices. Like meditation or whatever.

That's how I got started. That's how most people I know get started. Also when your life starts to annoy you enough that you'll seriously want to find answers, then you'll do what's necessary to make it.

Asking for these things is a good starting point. Ultimately what matters is that you really want to find out what the truth is. That's the fire that's going to burn through all the bullshit, so even if you start with something stupid, you'll eventually move past that and find your way.
