Morphic resonance
tldr: Possibly nonlocal information fields permeate the universe and influence many natural processes, such as crystal formation, protein folding, and isolated groups of people who solve crossword puzzles faster the day after they're published than similar groups of people the day of publication. Purports to provide scientific models to describe some apparently paranormal phenomena.

Biological transmutation
tldr: Very small scale intracellular "cold" nuclear fusion, purports to explain claims of observable violations of conservation of mass in some biological processes.

On the second one, there was a Russian scientist in the 1950s (I think) who also claimed to have proven biological fusion, but I can remember his name. If I get the chance later I'll try to find the book that referenced him.
