I live in the UK, there are no scavengers here. I think a cat or something knocked my neighbours trash over.

It's definitely listening for noise, it's moving around my neighbours home and stpopping periodically.

I'm getting very afraid now, I can hear something moving outside the window behind me, the shuffling was moving in an anti-clockwise motion before stoppimg at my window just 10 seconds ago.
