I'm from Florida. One of the most acclaimed urban legend is that of Gatorman. Once every summer solstice, arises the vicious Gatorman. Unlike regular florida alligators, Gator man is noted to stand upright, at a chilling 15 feet tall (head to feet). The beast is said to be the devil incarnate. The demon of the swamps if you will. Many fisherman and wildlife officials located in the everglades have all submitted reports of a large human-like reptilian creature, and found trails of dead animal carcasses in its wake. It seems to stick around for an entire night feeding until it's large apetite is sated. In 2004, authorities discovered a nest of human remains after a call from an air boat tour driver, after smelling the rotting remains. Investigators say that the bodies were chewed apart by something with sharp teeth and vigor. "Unlike anything we've seen before" , miami-dade county wildlife officials told reporters, "If a gator were to attack someone, they wouldn't hesitate to feed until all that's left is bone. In this case, we find that entire limbs are missing, indicating unusual behavior".
