Corrections inc:
Philodendron sp. - Calcium oxalate is not a poison, it's naturally occurring in all species of the araceae to varying degrees (some of which are edible, though only under the right conditions, see Monstera deliciosa, Amorphophallus konjac) as well as occuring in the human body and edibles (hard leafy greens). Calcium oxalate is what creates kidney stones Symptoms are accurate.

Foxglove - we should really be using scientific nomenclature to discourage confusion. The picture here is of Asparagus meyerii. Digitalis is the proper name of the foxglove genus. Digitalis is also responsible for providing the active ingredient for a number of heart medicines.

Camellia - Camellia sinensis is where tea comes from. Not sure on the poison here, some species may be, others may not.

Calla Lily and Elephants ear, both in the araceae, could easily be covered under Philodendron.

The important thing to know about plant toxicity is that it generally (there are exceptions) follows family lines. All araceae are toxic for the same reason, same with all scrophularaceae (Digitalis family), the same is also true of the apocyanacea (Of which Jasmine, Oleander are members.)

Pyracantha is used to make jellies. Most plants in the rosaceae are non-toxic, though have some toxic parts, or can be toxic if not prepared properly.

This should clear some things up, but really the diagram itself is poorly designed and it's unclear what it's trying to communicate? if it's trying to communicate poisonous plants then there are major gaps as the ranunculaceae are not represented nor are the euphorbiaceae.

Most of these plants/chemicals you do ingest in one form or another. You would be an idiot to go out and eat from the plant directly in a lot of cases, that doesn't mean the plant is still not eaten and it is misleading to say it is poisonous, if it is safe to eat after proper preparation. The main problem with the chart is that it is completely aimless as to what about poisonous plants it is trying to communicate. The other issue is that there are HUGE, entire families wherein most if not the plants are lethally toxic (solanaceae, ranunculaceae, euphorbiaceae, etc.) and other families are represented for the exact same chemical compounds several times over (calcium oxalate, which your body produces in very small amounts naturally, and is present in things like broccoli, kale, spinach, etc.)

And yes, I have eaten several of these, but not wild-collected, or even intentionally grown. Konjac is used in japanese fish flavoring in place of fish sometimes. If you've drank tea you've had camellia. The flowers of Jasminum officinale is what jasmine tea is made from.

One of the most poisonous plants (that has actually killed horticulturalists in the UK who were not careful while handling it, Aconitum napellus) is not even represented. Conium maculatum which looks very similar to wild carrots (Daucus carota) is not represented. One is extremely poisonous, one is completely edible. The chart has LARGE gaps in knowledge.
