I've been meditating lately, and reading LHP materials. And tonight I was starting to hit a depressive cycle of thinking (I've been struggling with depression for most of my life, have seen a therapist and have been making progress). Then suddenly this voice, like the one I think with, but more confident, told me to stop worrying so much what other people think, that I don't need any specific person, much as I may like them, because there are seven billion people out there and I'm bound to find people who appreciates me, so I have no reason to be insecure, and that I can do literally anything. After a series of other bizarre events, I began to communicate with voices and got sedated in the hospital. While I didn't mind having someone to chat with, I noted there wasn't ever anyone around when I looked, they would only speak about my life (never about them), and the voices' answers were incredibly generic. They sometimes ended by singing the refrain,

I am an alcoholic. Currently going through a therapy and regularly visiting a psychiatrist. A quick and powerful method would be to envision the energy healing your receptors, increasing the number and sensitivity in your brain of the receptors effected by addiction.
