Hey guys, lets post some fucking skinwalker stories. I got one right here from when I was 15

>Me and a few buds, 14, and 16 decided to camp in the forest behind my house.
>We live about 40 miles from the canadian border, and not near any civilization.
>its mid fall. No leaves falling since washington has mostly evergreens
>since we live so far from even a midsized town we naturally have guns.
>14bro, who we will call Travis has a 22. long rifle.
>16bro, who is now referred to as Lenny, has a 12 gauge double barrel. cant remember the exact model.
>Then theres me, Dimitryov who brought along a tec-9 jam-o-matic my grandpa gave me.
>I fuckin hated that gun.
>We hike about 5 miles into the woods. Parents dont give much of a damn because I have done it numerous times before.
>We each had a jansport pack we loaded with as much ammunition we could find for our guns, homemade MREs, and shitbags.
>Shitbags get important later.
>About 5 miles into the woods, nothing is happening. Completely normal day.
>Lenny is telling some story about how he put a dingleberry in his dads pipe and watched him gag his lungs out or something.
>after around an hour more of walking we get to the sweet spot. The place we called Camp-gri-la. Cheesy, but its what we called it.
>Camp-gri-la had a natural spring. The kind you can drink out of without shitting pants for the next year.
>it also was home to a good population of grouse. Fuckin love those little things.
>there were times during the summer we would stay there for about 3 weeks without having to go back. Usually went back when we got sick of grouse.

cont.
>>
>>18162665

>Right when we get to Camp-gri-la we begin setting up camp.
>Lenny pulls the tent off his back, handing me his shotgun.
>TheresBearsInThemWoods.png
>after Lenny finished setting up the tent he snatches the shotgun out of my hands and says something along the lines of, "Who told you you could hold my shotgun?" in some terrible imitation of Arnold Schwarzanegger.
>we all had a chuckle.
>Later that night we were all attempting to sleep.
>Lenny gets really bad gas from SPAM. The centerpiece of our MREs.
>after lenny unleashes the fury of Auschwitz upon our nostrils Travis says, "Can we put him outside yet?"
>this is where shit gets real.
>Outside we hear a raspy, terrible imitation of Travis repeating the exact same question.
>Our eyes got to be the size of dinner plates.
>We sit silent for 5 minutes while we hear the thing get better and better at impersonating Travis.
>We formulate a plan in whispers.
>We are all avid /x/philes at the time (yeah yeah i know underage. been about 5 years.)
>we know what fucking happens with skinwalkers imitating people.
>we agree not to let Travis out of our sight.
>but thats only part of the problem at the moment.
>the skinwalker is still outside our tent. Even trying its best to persuade us that it is Travis, occasionally fucking with our conversation.
>We figure out its movement pattern, and then we strike.
>we leap out of the tent in an attempted navy seal formation.
>people miles away probably heard the gunshots and war cry.
>I fire off four shots.
>and then it happens.
>it fucking jams
>The tec 9 jams.
>notnow.mpg
>Right as the gun jams, I see it.
>about 4 feet tall, until it stood up.
>thats when the stench hit.
>smelled like rotten meat.
>yell for my friends
>They quickly turn to fire at it but by then it ran off.
>that was just night one.
cont.
>>
>>18162704

>In the morning we go outside to look at the damage we caused to the trees.
>poor trees
>about 3 minutes after looking around, Lenny yells out something along the lines of "Fuck yeah!"
>Everyone is confused, as Lenny only ever gets excited about something that is actually very impressive.
>We walk over to Lenny doing his victory dance
>On the ground is a hairy finger.
>Lenny shot off its fucking finger.
>Lenny decides to take it as a trophy.
>We spend the rest of the day trying to find it.
>We didnt get much more then a few blood splotches.
>Figuring we scared it off, we eat dinner, and go to bed.
>about 30 minutes from midnight we hear Travis saying, "Come on guys check this out."
>but thats impossible. Travis is asleep right he-
>fuck
>Shake Lenny and Travis awake
>Itsback.png
>Lenny is pissed.
>He yells, "Is this gonna be a nightly thing now? Let us get some fuckin sleep before you harass us will ya?"
>he makes sure his shotgun is loaded, partially unzips the tent, and pokes the barrels out.
>for the rest of the night he watches it. Around 4 am he fires a shot.
>he yells, "Get out of here! You see that shit guys? I hit the fucker in the back!"
>It is slumped on the ground.
>We are about to celebrate when it gets up, screeches, and walks off.
>The screech taught us two things. One, it was hurt. Two, it was pissed.
cont.
>>
Nice story.
>>
>>18162753
Hurry up man, it's amazing
>>
>>18162753

>We are sick of this things shit. This is our Camp-gri-la and nothing could keep us from our little home away from home.
>Begin formulating a plan to kill it.
>only ever heard of two times an /x/phile has killed one of these.
>one was a britfag who went medieval on it, the other involved fire.
>We chose fire.
>but how to do it?
>One of us, I dont know who, decided to try and trap it in the tent with a bunch of wood, and set the thing ablaze.
>but once again. How to do it?
>In a scooby doo turn of events, we decide to use Travis as bait.
>The plan was for Travis to wait in there, while me and Lenny hid behind a bush.
>Then Travis would leap out as soon as fuckbeast (yes we called it fuckbeast) entered, and zip up the tent.
>then we would set it on fire.
>and run of course.
>So we set the plan into action.
>Me and Lenny were hiding behind a bush to the west of the tent when we saw Fuckbeast come from the northwest.
>toocloseforcomfort.png
>Travis was trying to be as loud as possible in the tent, so fuckbeast would enter.
>As soon as fuckbeast enters the tent, we hear Travis flip his shit.
>He fires his 22. at fuckbeasts leg, completely disregarding that at this point his knee is covered in lighter fluid. His knee catches on fire and begins to light most of the wood.
>He manages to get out, and I zip the tent up while Lenny throws the heroic little bastard into the creek to but out his knee.
>We hear the skinwalker screeching inside of the tent and after a while we assume its dead.
>After about a minute of watching the tent smolder, Lenny fires both shots out of his shotgun at it.
>We get the fuck out of there.
>on the way back we ask why Lenny shot at the smoldering tent.
>his only reply, "When you watch as many horror movies as me, you know if you dont make sure you are bound to get a sequel.

We went back Last summer and after finding a bone where we burnt the tent we reclaimed what is ours.
>>
>>18162831
oh by the way. I lied about the shitbags being important. I mean, other then the fact we werent leaving crap everywhere.
>>
>>18162831

>>
>>18162863
I gotta text the fucker. Chances are he has it buried somewhere in his garage. We keep telling him hes a hoarder but he wont listen.
>>
What if real Travis was left in the tent and you are now friends with a skinwalker?
>>
>>18162954
I dont even want that thought to cross my mind. It has before and I really dont feel like thinking about that again.
>>
Kinda worried that a couple of my friends are skin crawling body snatchers. But they either don't want to get my body jacked by another? Freaks me out sometimes.

It's a terrifying experience all the same and I don't doubt it, but I hate the mislabeling.

Skinwalkers are Navajo witches that use the pelts of animals to change, fleshgaits aren't. Fleshgaits lure and kill their victims then take their form/wear their skin.

Fleshgaits are literal "skin-walkers" but they aren't the creature established in folklore actually called a skinwalker.

I'd know since I grew up on tribal lands and saw some shit.
>>
>>18163223
Yeah but the issue I have with it is if its even possible to kill a Fleshgait with a shotgun and a little fire in a tent, that`s assuming it didnt just slit their friends throat and climb out as the ``new´´ Travis
>>
>>18162704
>that was just night one.
If I may. Why the fuck didn't you morons leave and go back home before night? This very line has be questioning the entire validity of your story and regardless of that, it broke my fucking immersion.
>>
>>18162851
the whole story stinks of a lie.
idk what the hell a skin walker is, but if it is NOT human, and you presume it to be dead, and you didn't look for body remains?

Skinwalker Facts:

In Navajo culture it is taboo to wear fur (e.g. fur coats, fur hats etc.)

pic Norther AZ, on Wednesday.
skinwalker country ...

Also, I've been listening to Missing 411 and I am convinced there is some connection b/w skinwalkers
>>
>>18163228
I'm not sure myself how to kill a fleshgait, but fire seems to work on everything else.

i'm convinced fire can kill or scare anything in the woods. Fire is so fuckin foreign to the woods. When there is fire, it's big time danger. It smells, it's loud, it's dirty and smokey,..etc.

In the woods, stay by the fire. My grand father said, look in the fire, why, so it knows your face. I wonder about this saying sometimes
>>
>>18163303
Fire can also bring some unwanted attention. Just about anything will stay away regardless, but you might find yourself being watched while you sit by your cozy fire.

this

>it goes out while you're sleeping and things come to scope your shit out
>>
Every time I see the word "skinwalker" I keep scrolling, but that is until I became interested in reading pic related. It's about Skinwalker Ranch, which I know little about.

Redpill me on skinwalkers, /x. What are they?
>>
>>18164014
Actual skinwalkers are witches (usually male) in Navajo folklore that have rejected the tribe and committed the utimate taboo, usually murder of a family member. They use magic and an item of power (usually a pelt of bone) to become animals and stalk their prey.

Unfortunately, the term is used incorrectly to describe fleshgaits as well.

>it goes out while you're sleeping and things come to rip your throat out
>>
>>18163223

I hear that the same was said for werewolves. You basically sell your soul or someone else and you lose control or feed an urge. You pick primal instincts over learned behavior
>>
>>18164222
>grow up in small town in SW Colorado
>reservation about fifteen miles out of town, so native population pretty high
>never really knew what a skinwalker was as a child
>moved away to Oklahoma when I was 5, still visit every year
>fast forward to me at about 10, staying over at a friend's for the night
>friend has a basement/game room type thing going where we sleep
>HUGE sliding glass door facing this empty lot of nothing but prairie dog holes and scrub brush
>wake up in middle of night to piss
>walk down the hall and take a piss
>go back to room and look outside glass door
>in the moonlight I can see there's something small running across the lot
>hear a faint screech
>hawk dives down and kills whatever the little thing was, can't see it too well since it lands behind scrub brush
>a few seconds later, a MAN stands up from the scrub brush
>there's no fucking way he could hide in there
>wearing a coyote pelt over his head, feathers hanging off the tail and paws
>looks RIGHT FUCKING AT ME (don't know if he saw me in the dark but still)
>walks off in the direction of the res
>check it out in the morning after spending all night shitting myself
>there's a skull of a hawk tucked under the brush and footprints wandering toward the res, but none leading to the brush

Not too spoopy, but all the same, I take skinwalker stories much more seriously now.
>>
>>18165223
Wew, that's pretty close to the Navajo myth, do you have anything else ? I'm curious now that I found somebody talking about Skinwalkers and not Fleshgaits.
>>
>>18165449
That's my only encounter that I can honestly say I KNOW it was a skinwalker. But there are times where I've been walking through some arroyos and canyons around that area and felt eyes on me. Seen a few people standing up on the cliffs too, a few times.

Safe to say, I'm always a bit uneasy whenever I go back to visit. Always in the back of my mind, I know what's out there somewhere.

This is my first time on /x/, and my first time hearing about skinwalkers and fleshgaits. From reading the other comments and stories, I'm still curious as into what or who they are. can someone give me some insight?

So are actual Skinwalkers malevolent? like do they seek out and prey on people, or are they one of those types of things like 'they wont bother you if you dont seek them out' sort of things? It's on my bucket list to walk out in the desert of the American South West and I dont want any Navajo witches attacking me.

>>
>>18168187
Oh they're malevolent as shit. They'll usually keep to themselves, but if they get a hair up their ass to fuck with someone, they will. Just try not to make mention of skinwalkers when you're there, whether by that term or their Navajo name. Bad juju said to draw them to you.
>>
>>18164235
Don't be silly; there's no such thing as werewolves. Now skinwalkers on the other hand can shapeshift into wolves if they wish. Sometimes inexperienced witchdoctors try to shapeshift but fuck up the process, which is why some people might see animals walking on two legs and shit.
>>
>>18168187
Speaking as someone who lives on the edge of the Southwestern desert, you generally don't need to worry about the natives as long as you stay off of reservation. Even if you go on reservation and you're unlucky enough to be caught, if you look like you're obviously some fuck out for a walk they wont do any more than escort you off while looking scary and armed.

I've never had anything weird happen to me out in the desert that wasn't animal related. Except one time, but that time I only heard something and wasn't stupid enough to check it out.
>>

Being ne to /x/ what are some thigns to know about skinwalkers.
how to kill?
how they hunt?
>>
>>18174085
>how to kill
I would assume conventional methods will work. They dont seem to like being shot, if the stories are anything to go by. I don't think anything alive likes being shot.
>>
>>18174104
I mean are there better ways, like you guys talked about fire, what even are skinwalkers. even if they aren't real I just want some lore from people. At least it'll feel more real than going to some crypto wiki.
>>
>>18174114
I guarantee you fire is not a better way. Fire is not a practical or easy to use weapon.

Fire does not have stopping power, neither does it kill quickly. If whatever is coming at you is determined, then it's best not to have what's coming after you also be on fire.
>>
>>18174137
So guns are simply better, okay.
But how do they hunt and why?
what exactly are the rules that go with skinwalkers?
>>
>>18174085
>>18174104
>>18174114
>>18174137
>>18174149

According to Navajo legend, the only way to kill a skinwalker is to say its real name.

That said, I feel like conventional methods might be effective as well. Navajo didn't really have handheld cannons back in the day.
>>
>>18163223
The terminology has become corrupted enough that if your average person has heard of a skinwalker, it's the fleshgait variety.

And "fleshgait" SHOULD sound disgusting. It IS. It's something that kills you and then proceeds to wear you like a suit.

I've lived all over the country, camped in western Washington, like the middle of nowhere, western Washington, and lived the last 8 years in the south west and have literally seen nothing paranormal. I used to be a security guard in Albuquerque when I was going to school, and one of my posts was in the middle of nowhere in the desert. The power company was putting up huge power towers and they didn't want ppl stealing the copper. It was 20 minutes or so off the road, there's just like a path in the dirt. It wasn't reservation land, but back in the day the whole area was native. It was dark and scary as fuck, listening to coast to coast didn't help anything either. Still, all of that and all my time in the south west I've never seen anything paranormal, and I've almost invited it being alone in some desolate places. You know what I am afraid of...... tweakers, never trust anyone who had done meth.

skin walkers again... look its not a proper cryptid as they can allegedly posses people. cryptids are organic creatures who just have not been cataloged yet like the giant squid wasnt and gorillas werent up until more recent human history. (gorillas were thought to be tribal folklore by european explorers in africa until they captured one)

as a supernatural entity its kinda low on the totem pole. it cant manifest on its own its just possessing people / corpses

quit screwing around and make a spear head of different layers. copper, bronze, iron, silver, gold. sharpen it so each layer would contact if you stab something with it. coat in salt water solution (more of a slurry than salt water.3 parts salt to 1 part water) and let dry. then stab shit that goes bump in the night

>>
Fleshgaits have interested me since the beginning.
Actually skinwalkers are not something to easily fuck with.
Granted a competent mage or shaman can deal with them.
I miss living near rezs though, the elders and ancestors protect that land. Its the land around it, if still wild, you need worry about.
I have seen my share of fucked up stuff guys, I have fought my share of fucked up stuff, most of which most of you would disbelieve. However any research into string theory and modern quantum physics should show that not only are these things possible but they exist. Everything exists in a 4th dimensional reality. The more you believe the more likely the wavelength is to collapse that way.
You want to go hunt monsters? Go for it but only take believers with you as any skeptic makes it harder to manifest.
As for how to fight said monsters well you needs look to the old methods. Tobacco. Sage. Silver. Fire. Magic. Iron.
These are the best methods.

Fire isn't really that foreign to the woods, though. In some forests they are a necessary element in the life cycles of many plants. The reason they are so uncommon now is because humans manage forest fires very closely.

I am full blooded Navajo and I have seen/heard some true scary shit living here on the reservation my whole life. Fact: You can kill a skinwalker by looking at it straight in the eye and you know who it is. It is usually someone you know or have crossed paths with in your lifetime. Its always about jealousy and hate of you or your family. After you have done that, the Skinwalker will return to their human form and become immensely ill then pass away.
>>
>>18196921
If you guys have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them to the best of my knowledge. I live in Northeastern Arizona on the Navajo reservation.
>>
>>18196921
I've tamed demons by looking them in the eye before.

New to this thread and I'm not sure what a skinwalker even is, but looking a demon in the eye is like putting a saddle on a horse. They bow down to it, for you have mustered enough courage.
>>
>>18196921
See, I'd always heard to NEVER look a skinwalker in the eye. Either A) they freeze you in place and feed off your fear (may or may not kill you/use corpse dust) or they B) come into your body and possess you.

Probably something skinwalkers created to avoid the whole "true name eye contact" weakness, I guess.
>>
>>18196953
I'm not sure about demons. Never really encountered anything demonic. Skinwalkers are not possessed. They are people who are driven by jealousy and hate that wish to harm other people. I've been to a lot of ceremonies that involved medicine men. That shit is so freaky how medicine men do prayers and readings. Truly scared me into Navajo traditions. I used to be skeptical.

What a lot of people don't know is that Skinwalkers don't always transform into animal form. I don't know how to do green text so bear with me. Here's a story:

My friend lives about a mile out of town. We live in a small town on the Navajo reservation. He had no ride and his friend was too drunk to drive him home. So he decided to walk home about 3 miles. He has to walk through an area with now housing or lights where there are lots of trees. He's pretty buzzed and about halfway home he sits down to rest in the trees/bushes. He falls asleep for awhile. He wakes up to someone who slapped him in the face.

Cont...
Let's
>>
>>18197026
Cont:
This person has a face painted black with some white dots in various areas. He's talking in Navajo to my friend. My friend can speak Navajo fluently. He asks this person Who he is and what does he want. The man says I just helped you wake up. I can help you feel better and more. He puts a rolled up ball in my friends mouth. My friend said he felt immediately energized. But he spits it out and curses out the person in Navajo. The person keeps offering him the medicine and telling him to join him and his friends of the night. My friend throws a punch but misses. He starts praying in Navajo and for the sun to rise. Praying for help from his mother and father. (They passed a year earlier). This person in paint starts chanting and acting hysterical but begins to back off. My friend keeps praying and begins to throw rocks at the person and in the bushes where he heard some rustling.

Cont...
>>
>>18197044
Cont:

This person backs into the bushes and my friend hears some angry growling from a dog within the bushes. He picks up a stick to defend himself. He starts shouting in Navajo that he's not afraid and that he is blessed by his parents strength. The dog or whatever it was doesn't come out of the bushes but keeps growling. My friend keeps backing up until he's out of the treeline/bushes. He keeps walking uphill. When he was on top of the hill he said he heard people laughing and talking in Navajo back in the trees. He grabs a rock and throws it into the trees yelling Fuck you. He starts walking home and the sky is beginning to get blue from the sunrise. He thanks his parents in Navajo and says a small prayer. He gets home safely. A few days later he gets a ceremony done and the medicine man said he showed great strength. That whatever the yanas tried to do didn't work.

That story freaked me out when my friend told me. It didn't phase him because he still walks home sometimes. Lol.

>I drive there in my suzuki samurai
>Summertime so no doors or roof on car
>find cousin and L already set up with beer and fishing lines cast
>Bullshitting and fishing and drinking
finish beer
>Still a few hours of sun left
>decide we need more beer and some food
>Cousin and L walked so I say we can use my samurai to get back to L's house for supplies
>Jump in car and head out
>See big lump in path I didn't notice earlier
>Figured I must have straddled object on the way in
>Try it again
>Hear a sickening crunch and screech of metal as car comes to dead stop.
>Try to reverse, but can't
>L, Cuzzo and I jump out of the car and look beneath
>Huge mattress springs/frame tangled in my drivetrain
>L, cuzzo and I start yanking on it, but it won't budge.
>L starts swearing a lot which isn't like him
>Can tell he is panicking
>We're losing sunlight
>L says we need to walk back to his house to get tools to cut the damn thing loose
>Lives about two miles away from the fishing spot
>Better start walking
>Walking through the bosque
>I see lights that look kind of like lanterns weaving through the trees on either side of us
>following us
>I ask L what they might be
>He laughs a fake laugh and tells me not to worry about it and to just keep walking
>We try to play games or tell stupid stories while we walk
>It's getting darker

>We come to a ditch and L tells us we are almost to his house
>Then suddenly stops and tells us about his dad encountering something strange on the ditch
>We come to a dead cottonwood tree.
>L takes off running under the tree saying something about racing and last one being a fag or something
> L is running very fast
>Cuzzo and I can hardly keep up
>I hear L yelling something about don't look, don't look
>Use my periphery and see some huge shadow in the tree above us
>Start running as fast as L
>Get to a cornfield
>L tells us to run along the edge of the field because farmer sets traps
>Almost dark now
>Smell the strong smell of skunk
>Book it again after L
>Finally make it to L's house
>Cuzzo and I wait in his truck while he goes inside to get tools
>Can hear yelling from L's dad in navajo at L
>Can hear L yelling back in Navajo
>Cuzzo and I wait
>L gets back in the truck with tools and we start to leave
>Ask what's wrong, L laughs nervously and says everything is fine
>We get back to the spot where the car is stuck
>Happy it's still there
>Jump out of L's truck and immediately start working on cutting the mattress
>It's dark out now, but L keeps his truck lights on us so we can work
>L keeps pausing to listen to the forest around us
>Keeps looking into the forest
>I can hear whispers but I can't tell where they're coming from
>Sounds like they're all around us
>L starts panicking again saying we have to hurry
> I catch my cuzzo blankly staring into the dark woods sometimes.
>Have to almost yell his name to get him to pay attention and help
>L hands me the wire cutters we have been using
>I hand them to my cousin and start helping L pull on the springs
>Tell cuzzo to help
>Cuzzo put's down the wire cutters right behind him
>as he does that L asks for them back to cut a just a little more

Thunderbirds are HUGE in Northwestern native culture and it's pretty important here too (OK). I don't know about the Navajo but it's certainly not a stretch to think they have a similar legend
>>
>>18198210
Depends on the condition of the soul. But also no one wants children, so the exchange rate is pretty shitty.
>>
>Cuzzo turns around to pick up cutters and can't find them
>All of us going wut???
>Start searching all over the place
>Cuzzo just had them right next to us 10 seconds ago
>L freaks and starts yelling IT'S THEM, IT'S THEM
>Jumps back under car
>L starts yanking at the mattress springs like a madman
>Somehow is able to get the thing off of my drive train with brute strength
> Throws the hunk of tangled metal in the darkness and picks up his tools
>Runs to his truck and yells tro my cuzzo and I HAVE A GOOD NIGHT
>L leaves all his fishing gear and cooler by the river bank, not too far from where my car got stuck
>L leaves my cousin and I in the darkness, sitting in my car trying to get it started
>Turns over quickly and we're screaming out of there trying to catch up to L's truck
>We follow his dust trail, but never catch him.
>Cuzzo and I sit in silence the whole way back to his place.
>Asks me once if I heard it all too.
>I tell him I did
>Cuzzo isn't one to believe in the paranormal, but seems legitimately spooked.

Found out later from my buddies dad (the medicine man) that being down by the river on the rez at night is probably the worst possible thing to do. You couldn't pay me enough to go do something like that again.

Ok here's my last skinwalker type story.
>Be 17-18
>drive to my buddies house who lives on the rez
>Same guy who I've known since first grade, whose dad is a medicine man.
>Still lives just outside the village on the Isleta reservation
>I still drive the samurai
>Summertime so no doors or roof on the car again.
>It get's late and friends parents ask me if I am going to stay the night
>Start trying to convince me to stay the night when I tell them no
>I say goodbye and get in my car and start driving though the rez
come to a long road down a hill
>To my passenger side is a small ditch, then train tracks, then the old village
>Have driven this road many times in the day and at night
>Headlights catch something in the distance
>turn on my brights
-Something standing in the ditch to my right (passenger side)
>I start to slow down
>Looks like a scarecrow with a bull skull for a head
>Can't remember if it had only horns or other stuff on it's head
> looks like Tattered animal hides draped over it
>arms are outstretched, easily just about the length of my car
>This thing is standing in a ditch at least two feet lower than the road, but still stands about a foot and a half taller than my car
>Notice I am just staring at this thing and hardly driving
>get spooked and start slamming gears to get out of there
>Suzuki Samurai so not very fast
>Drive by the next day and see nothing there.

One of the weirdest things I have ever experienced. Also, my cousin and I never heard from L again after that. We would see him driving around from time to time, but we never could get him to hang out again. It's a shame since he was a pretty cool guy.
>>
Legitimately your fucking story scared the shit out of me. Speaking of clowns I have a story from my childhood about a clown doll. Anyone interested?

>>
>>18198304
Did you ever ask what it was in the forest? What where the lanturns? What was the big thing in the tree? There are so many questions left un answered this while story reeks.
>>
>>18198390
Well alot of stories has skin-walkers replacing people so when he left you, he prob thought that they might have gotten you two maybe? Dont know. Lucky never to have any....super weird stuff happen to me. AND I dont want any.

Okay...that's incredibly lame and boring.

>>18196921
Hey have you ever read any Carlos Castaneda? Not Navajo but it is native "knowledge" or sorcery whatever u wanna call it. I'm curious if you think it holds any truth to it or do you think it's fake? Personally I love those books, but I'm not sure if it's bull or not.

can someone make a thread that's dedicated to past green text stories with supporting evidence? No matter how little it is, audio or visual, fake or gay. I would imagine there's not many.
>>
>>18198304
how is it that you haven't really told us anything about the creatures, why they were there, what they were doing, or going to do.

How do stories like this are so entertaining and spook but never really tell you anything new. This can be summed up to "kids in the woods got spooked so they ran away". Did you not ask what the hell was happening, specific details etc? The frustrating thing about most of this paranorm shit is no-one investigates afterwards it's alway "lol nah leave it alone" Errr no, why don't we actually esplain that shit instead? I mean damn where is the curiosity to solve shit like this.

Dude, the idea of skinwalkers as something OTHER than Navajo witches is what's new. I've been hearing/reading about the Navajo folktales/myths/religious concepts for at least 10 years, and that's just on teh internets.
