Hello everyone,

I just found this cryptochallenge on the deepweb : http://desconzts5unl4wi.onion/


I have already found the 3 first level (http://desconzts5unl4wi.onion/level3/767834c44d15248af98aae540d3e406df0e170ae363ed181ffcaf0aef5077648.html)
but I can't manage to find out for the 4 lvl.
The hint is : "JUNG VF GUR OVTTRFG NFPVV BPGNY INYHR?"
which means "WHAT IS THE BIGGEST ASCII OCTAL VALUE?"

and instruction is (after decode) "The above sentence was obtained by shifting every letter from original alphabet position by same constant, technique also known as Caesar cipher. Find that constant, decode sentence, replace he hash part of current link with answer ending with .html. Good luck."


Could anyone help me to deal with that plz ?
Or if someone is interested to solve it in group maybe ?

but either I try with 177 or 377 (extended Ascii table)
