bear in mind that my latin is worse than my german, and my german is not great by any means.

Also, if it's of any use to you, this is recognizably modern german, and so whatever manuscript this is from likely post-dates 1650AD.

From what I've translated thusfar, it's CERTAINLY post reformation, and whatever this work it, it likely comes from either a protestant section of germany (the last bit about receiving things and those who don't believe being damned is a very Lutheran way of expressing the doctrine of sola fide).

Does OP know from when and where this came, because I can stop making commentary on my guesses as to origin at any time?

Also, I lied before. It IS early modern, not modern, so possibly pre-1650 (mod. German "bei" is here rendered "bey" as in Luther's manner of speech, so Cirka 1500-1650 perhaps, unless any germans wanna comment about dialects that retained this spelling thereafter).

my biggest issues are that some of the small text is abbreviated and it uses a shit ton of long S in a font i just don't like reading. it's just hard to read in some places, in addition to there being latin.

the big German in the above sections are in a fraktur-like script, and I have experience in writing textualis quadrata calligraphy, so that's easy least, save for where it breaks into older spellings.
